i found the staff gentle and patient. the service i received was quite nice. the resort provided a convenient shuttle bus to the market street, i used it a lot.
the wifi was practically non existent . i spoke to reception, they gave an alternate network, it was no better. i ended up buying an esim so i had data.

The villa with a garden view offered a peaceful retreat. the breakfast changed daily. It was good. the staff were attentive, and .
the food was expensive. it was also not very good. my partner has coeliac disease, and there were few gluten-free options on the menu. the gluten-free items i ordered were not gluten-free.

Tranquil Stay in a Balinese Paradise
fine view spacious villa
The views overlooking the valley were fine, especially during sunrise (I managed to capture some fantastic photos). I particularly enjoyed the delicious and varied food. Breakfast, room service and dinner were all great. The villa was spacious and beautifully decorated.
I sometimes had to request filtered water, it would have been more convenient to have larger bottles readily available.

attentive staff clean villa shuttle service pool size
The staff was very attentive! the villa was very clean. i loved the shuttle service into town. It made getting around easy! the pool was a nice size, and i swam daily.
the wifi signal in the room wasn't strong at times, but it didn't ruin my stay.

Breakfast offered a varied selection of dishes each morning. There were many options. the restaurant had regional fare. the restaurant provides an extensive array of regional dishes, all freshly prepared.

Wonderful Stay
beautiful setting amazing jungle spa massage
I enjoyed the beautiful pool garden villa. The villa was fine. I experienced Balinese massages in the spa. The jungle views were amazing. The massages were among the best I have ever had.
I found that the location made it necessary to constantly climb stairs to get around. This was due to the hotel being built into the valley, so navigating the hotel was tiring.

The staff demonstrated kindness and were always ready to assist. They provided quick responses. The team showed genuine care, made the vacation nice. I observed hospitality at every level.
